Reality shows in India has groomed the world of entertainment but in real these shows has certainly effect tradition and culture of Nation. Most important factor in all the reality shows is “CONTROVERSIES”.Rona-dhona was the concept of daily soaps but Reality shows are fully “controversial drama”and the main intention of these shows are to get Limelight and TRP(television rating point).
There
is always “CAT FIGHT” goes between the Reality shows and daily soaps. Stunts,
vulgar humour, unwanted scenes are the needs of each and every reality shows be
it is a show of stunts , drama, dance. Even the shows those are only meant for
Talent Hunt have become a stage to show emotional drama to the world and
strangely now the judges too are indulge to shed tears for TRP.
Life
pulse of youth are reality shows but do we ever feel what these shows are
potraying? Big Boss 7, MTV Rodies, Emotional Atyachar, comedy ka mahamuqabla, Splitsvilla
are the few shows that are at the highest TRP rate and highly watched by the
youth.
Recently, an intimate scene of BIG BOSS
7 was showed on almost all the news and entertainment channels a very cozy
moment between two celebs in the house of BIG BOSS is telecasted on channels that
shows vulgarity of reality shows. Open hugs, kisses, vulgar humour, abusive
language, disrespect are well potrayed from these shows like BIG BOSS, MTV
RODIES, SPLITSVILA. MTV RODIES portrayed two male participants nude on
international television in Brazil on the name of task! This is an insane behaviour
to a society where traditional and culture norms are highly respected.
The most important and sacred ritual of
our society is Marriage and these makers also spoted this topic by making shows
on ‘SWAYAMVER’. Rakhi Sawant was the first person to marry on screen but as we
all know that everything is for entertainment and after entertaining Miss
Sawant refuse to marry on T.V.
The question that always arise is what
the makers of reality shows want to say are they want to entertain their
viewers or they only care for money .These reality shows are in debate from long
time and government has turned deaf ears the most important question is this
that IS REALITY SHOWS SHOULD BE BANNED?? Or THE TIME OF TELECASTING SHOULD BE
AFTER 11:30 pm ?
