Get Well Soon……Indian Cricket Team

Some years ago, when I was in my childhood age a joke on former Indian Cricket Team Captain Md. Azruddin was very famous i.e. he has just went on field to bat but would be returning in pavilion within some minutes. Ha Ha Ha….Now in this ‘twitter era’ when on the third day our Test Team in Perth continued the trend of defeat, not only the ex- joke but lacks of jokes on World Champion Team started flooding on New Media Tools . India not only lost the test but also the series. Questions on team and leadership of Dhoni has started after this shameful lost. It is obvious that media will question, as we lost not only in England but now in Australia too. It is obvious too when Gavaskar or Ganguly question it. It is sad to see a team which won the World Cup some months ago is in worst phase.

All of us thought that after reprehensible trounce in England our team will certainly win in Australia from a new inexpert team but from Melbourn to Perth the condition is similar.

Few Cricket pundits believe that because of the busy schedule the team didn’t have time to geared up for a big series in countries like England and Australia. I am in a bunch of those few who believe that IPL is not the only reason to allegate every now and then there are others factors too. One of them is rotating the players.  I personally felt awful when team was loosing in day and players were parting hard in the evening. Television Bites showing Captain Cool with his wife seeing the Kangaroo nation was fine on one side but wasn’t when team was loosing practice should be the only mantra.

The recent news on from the Cricket World is the television ratings of the broadcaster of this series are reducing. This is obvious, who would like to watch World Champions loosing pitifully. One can see questioning on technique of Virat Kohli or Ishant Sharma but no one can on Rahul Dravid or Zaheer Khan.

Another point is new talent. Till when we will only expect from Tendulkar or Dravid or Laksman. This is undoubtedly true that we will not get talents like them every hour but to hide mistakes is not precise. Ranji Trophy is loosing its credibility time slot is same to the series in Australia. All of us have saw the era when Ranji match between Mumbai and Delhi was played the stadium was full with audience, there were big names playing too but now the picture is completely different.

The recent gossip is that in the dressing room all is not fine considering the loosing trend. But to accept it as reality would be tuff. Leaving all this we should think how to come out of this worst era. In final test Dhoni is banned and his recent statement was he takes responsibility of defeat. This statement can be a headline for half an hour sports bulletin of electronic channels but Indian Team should try to win. Can our team save their credibility in Last test match in Australia
